Tony Wong: a Co-Founder of Treelane Realty Group, brings over 35 years of experience as a senior designer. He leads the creative direction for all of Treelane Realty Group's and The Wendy Wong Team's marketing efforts. His design expertise ensures that every branding and promotional asset reflects the company's professionalism, innovation, and commitment to quality.
John Wu
Chief Executive Officer. John Wu is a recognized leader in the Real Estate Industry, with nearly 25 years of real estate experience.
He is a Certified International Property Specialist Instructor for the National Association of REALTORS®, and the Real Estate Business Institute for over a decade. He specializes in Commercial real estate; with expertise in office leasing, purchase and sale of retail shopping centers and warehouses, serving both local and international markets.
John also teaches at the San Marino Real Estate School, where he is passionate about raising the bar for professionalism and excellence in the real estate industry. John is a former Mayor of the City of San Gabriel and is currently serving as a Councilmember, providing him with the perfect blend of leadership and real estate acumen.
Frank Alvarado, Esq.
Mr. Alvarado serves as both Broker and In-House Counsel for Treelane Realty Group, bringing a unique combination of legal and real estate expertise to the firm. He is an accomplished attorney with a proven track record of managing clients' financial and legal affairs with precision and success. With extensive experience in civil litigation and Federal Adversary proceedings, Mr. Alvarado has secured hundreds of bankruptcy discharge orders and successfully eliminated millions of dollar in mortgage debt on behalf of his clients. His legal acumen and strategic approach make him an invaluable asset to both the firm and the Clients he represents.
Hank Hoang
Vice President/Senior Consultant for Treelane Realty Group, with over 20 years of real estate expertise, Hank is a trusted advisor in Buying, Selling, and Leasing Residential, Multi-Family, and Commercial properties. As Vice President and Senior Consultant at Treelane Realty Group, he brings a deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs. In addition to his transactional success, Hank has more than a decade of experience in leadership roles, including management, training, and recruitment. His guidance has contributed to over $250 million in supervised sales volume, reflecting his strategic insight and commitment to excellence.
David Lozano
Serves as In-House attorney for Treelane Realty Group.
He is Board certified bankruptcy attorney with more than 30 years of experience. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), the National Association of Consumer Attorneys (NACA), and the Los Angeles County Bar Association among others. Mr. Lozano also served as a Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff from 1980 - 1986 where he was assigned various law enforcement positions ranging from uniformed field patrol to undercover crime teams.
Since 1994, Mr. Lozano has represented thousands of individuals businesses and corporations in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
Katherine Quach
With over 30 years of experience in management and sales, Katherine brings seasoned leadership to her role as Executive Vice President and Project Manager at Treelane Realty Group. She specializes in overseeing commercial transactions and property management, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction at every stage. In addition to her leadership in project management, Katherine has more than 12 years of experience in real estate. She plays a key role in preparing detailed marketing packages and performing in-dept sales analyses to drive strategic decisions. Fluent in English, Chinese, and Vietnamese, she serves a diverse client base with professionalism, cultural awareness, and a strong commitment to service.
Millicent Wong
Millicent serves as a Project Manager and Operations Consultant at Treelane Realty Group. A longtime member of the Treelane team, she currently oversees the firm's digital infrastructure initiatives, including website management, media asset coordination, and the implementation of technology modernization strategies. Millicent is a recent law school graduate and holds a degree from New York University.
Fluent in English and Chinese, she brings a blend of legal knowledge, technical insight, and cross-cultural communication skills to her role.
Joe Tseng
Broker with CCIM & CPM certified, Joe brings over 45 years of experience in the real estate industry, along with prestigious CCIM and CPM certifications. With a background in civil engineering and a license ad a general contractor, he offers a rare combination of technical knowledge and transactional expertise. As a senior advisor at Treelane Realty Group, Joe plays a vital role in mentoring and supporting approximately 100 real estate agents, providing guidance on a wide range of transactions. Fluent in both English and Chinese, he brings clarity, leadership, and cross-cultural communication skills to every aspect of his work.
Hubert King
Broker/Senior Consultant for Treelane Realty Group, CCIM, CPM certified. Hubert is highly accomplished Broker and Senior Consultant at Treelane Realty Group, with over 50 years of experience in the real estate industry. A CCIM and CPM designee, Hubert has provided expert supervision and consultation on more than 6,000 closed transactions, spanning a wide range of property types and client needs.
Fluent in both English and Chinese, Hubert brings seasoned insight, cross-cultural communication skills, and a commitment to excellence that continues to make a lasting impact on the clients and professionals he supports.
